Consultation With
your New Patient Forms completed Dr. Howell will talk with you about your health-related problems, concerns,
as well as potential treatment options. Your first visit is designed for Dr. Howell to learn more about you, your condition,
and your expectations to determine if he can accept you as a patient.
Examination If Dr.
Howell feels that he may be able to help you he will perform detailed chiropractic, neurologic, orthopedic, and
necessary x-ray examinations. Nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
Report of Findings Once all of the first visit's
information is analyzed, Dr. Howell will review the results with you on your next visit to answer any of your questions,
